A Step-by-Step Guide to buying your first home
Learn about city, county, and state purchase assistance programs for eligible low-to-moderate-income families which are available through a network of lenders across the state. (No Minimum income). Approved applicants must occupy the property as a primary principal residence. After completion of the workshop, participants will receive a HUD certificate good for a year (within 10 business days). Down payment and closing assistance programs range between $2,500 and $95,000, depending on the program.
This 8-hour workshop utilizes the US Department of HUD Homebuyer Education and Learning Program Guide, and HUD Certificates are issued to all participants that complete the workshop.
This is a virtual video conference workshop, all registrants will receive a link via email to retrieve 24 hours prior to the scheduled class so that you may be counted as an attendee.
